The time you spend at work is too precious to spend it doing work you don’t love. Through coaching you are supported with how to make the most of your current work and to discover a path to work you love.

  • a partner who wants for you, what you want for you
  • someone to give you their undivided attention

What do you do in a coaching session?

In your coaching sessions you will review what you have achieved during the time between sessions, discuss your next steps and make commitments to move towards your goals. I will listen to you in ways that you may never have been listened to before. During our sessions you will be invited to respond to very tricky questions and your answers will provide enlightenment to us both.

It may sound very serious but coaching sessions are also often light, fun and funny.
